Choosing the Right Motorcycle:

Vietnam’s roads are very different from North America, Europe, or Australia. Most riding days are spent on scenic mountain roads, coastal routes, and rural backroads rather than high-speed highways. Larger motorcycles offer additional power and comfort, while smaller motorcycles and scooters are often easier to manage in city traffic and tight mountain villages.

Please note that motorcycles are not permitted on most expressways in Vietnam, regardless of engine size. Because of this, the tour is designed around some of Vietnam’s best secondary roads, mountain passes, and coastal routes where all motorcycle options can be fully enjoyed.
